Justine Correa, Operations Manager

Ms. Correa has held positions that have required her to work closely and collaboratively with a broad range of Native people in her home community of Laguna Pueblo and Albuquerque. She has acquired experience utilizing industry specific technology platforms and applying business best-practices while observing and respecting the cultural beliefs of the people she serves.  She excels in the professional expectations of her employers and clients alike.  Ms. Correa’s dedication to serve and meet the financial needs of rural tribal communities, her inquisitive and resourceful nature has helped her advance quickly in the various roles she’s served at Native Community Capital and in any environment she dedicates her efforts.  Ms. Correa has completed significant course work towards an undergraduate degree at the University of New Mexico and she is a Certified Financial Education Trainer (BNC) and Certified Homebuyers Education Trainer (Pathways).
