Tab Parr, Mortgage Loan Officer

Ms. Parr, came to NCC after a distinguished career in the conventional banking industry – primarily as a loan originator specializing in the HUD184 Native American Mortgage product.  The 184 offers a 100% guarantee as an incentive to lenders to serve American Indians.  Ms. Parr’s marketing, outreach and sales experience with tribal government officials, non-profit organizations, corporations, and sole proprietorships demonstrate her command for engaging key members of the Native American client demographic.  She has served as Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President and has achieved distinction in her field and community through recognition as a national leader in sales for the HUD184 Native American Mortgage and serving on the Board of Directors for the Grand Canyon Resort Corporation (an enterprise of the Hualapai Tribe), American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Arizona, Valley Youth Theatre and was a Goodwill Ambassador as Mrs. Arizona United States.  Ms. Parr is an enrolled member of the Kiowa, Comanche and Cherokee Nations.
